This is my remake of the Milwaukee System Map I came across in a tattered pamphlet on the MILW 1844-1944. There are two maps in the centerfold. The 1944 map is the first I'm working on.

The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad (CMStP&P), better known as the Milwaukee Road (reporting mark MILW), was a Class I railroad that operated in the Midwest and Northwest of the United States from 1847 until 1986.

(respectively, Trains’ past and current hometown) into a 10,733-mile transcontinental system over a scant 100 years.

Today, what's left of the Milwaukee Road is cut up among different railroads and the best engineered route through the rugged Rockies and Cascades is but weeds and trails, a vital transportation artery no longer available to shippers and the American economy.

This collection contains condensed track profiles of the Milwaukee Road. They show the lines of various divisions and list the different stations along the line. The profiles are small booklets showing details such as miles, grade, track diagrams, and rail charts. Most are originals, but a few are photocopies.
