The Wisconsin Supreme Court handed a victory to the Republican-controlled Legislature on Wednesday in a power struggle with Democratic Gov. Tony Evers.

More than half of Wisconsin voters do not want Democratic Gov. Tony Evers to seek a third term, according to a new Marquette Law School poll.

The court struck down the governor's partial veto in a case that that tested the limits of his broad veto powers.
