NFL draft is officially upon us and this is when the Tennessee Titans are expected to make the first overall pick.

George Cafego was Tennessee's first player drafted in the top 10. He was selected No. 1 overall by the Chicago Cardinals in 1940 as a quarterback. Tennessee's other overall No. 1 selection was quarterback Peyton Manning. He was selected with the top overall pick by Indianapolis in 1998.
