The Ellensburg Police Department is actively investigating a mail fraud case after learning a check had been fraudulently cashed.

It’s a go for Easton’s annual big to-do. The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners gave approval Tuesday on the special events application for this year’s Easton Memorial Day Celebration.
