According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Eagles won't part ways with Brown despite "internet speculation." NBC Sports' Matthew Berry reported on March 4 that the New England Patriots contacted Philadelphia to discuss Brown's availability, but Philadelphia's willingness to move him was unknown.

Philadelphia always does its due diligence on the QB position, and the Super Bowl champions had an interest in drafting Shedeur Sanders.
