DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A tanker truck carrying thousands of pounds of tar overturned on Interstate 20 on Tuesday morning.

The diesel sheen remains visible on the water in Harbor East, where 5,000 gallons of fuel spilled on June 4, as estimates surged past initial reports of the amount of diesel in the water.

Some roads near Baltimore's Inner Harbor reopened after a 5,000-gallon diesel fuel spill prompted clean-up efforts and an investigation. The fuel leaked from a tank at a Johns Hopkins Hospital campus.
