A southern Minnesota woman faces manslaughter charges in connection with "Baby Angel," a newborn found dead in the Mississippi River more than a decade ago.

A faculty member at Winona State University has been charged in the death of an infant known as Baby Angel, who was found in the Mississippi River nearly 14 years ago. 43-year-old Jennifer Baechle of Winona has been charged with two counts of 2nd-degree manslaughter.
