Police last week announced the arrest of a 15-year-old on the same charge, and that teen became the first person in Birmingham to be arrested under Alabama’s new state ban on Glock switches.
This is the second teen arrest that has been made since Gov. Kay Ivey signed a statewide ban on these machine gun conversion devices.
