Twenty-four suspects were arrested during a series of raids last week in New Jersey, according to authorities. The raids took place at over a dozen locations in Union, Middlesex and Essex counties.

According to neighbors and eyewitnesses, the entire incident began in the early morning hours outside a home on White Street.
