Wrestling legend Ric Flair shared his reaction to learning that fellow WWE Hall of Famer and close friend Hulk Hogan has died. News broke on Thursday that Hogan died from a reported cardiac arrest Thursday morning. Not long after, Flair posted a heartfelt message on Twitter.
“Through the good times and the bad, I always loved my brother Terry!,” wrote Brutus Beefcake (referring to Hogan by his given name). “I am devastated by the loss of my friend, I only wish we had time to mend our broken friendship before his passing. Until I see you Brother, in the big squared circle in the sky! I love you.”
Hulk Hogan, the legendary WWE wrestler known for his mustache and ability to shred T-shirts and opponents, died Thursday at the age of 71. In Clearwater, Florida, authorities responded to a call Thursday morning about a cardiac arrest. Hogan was pronounced dead at a hospital.
