The ex-wife of University of California, Berkeley professor Przemyslaw Jeziorski, who was gunned down in broad daylight in Greece earlier this month, has been arrested.

Greek police have charged five people in the case of University of California, Berkeley professor Przemyslaw Jeziorski's killing, including his ex-wife and her current partner. Jeziorski was shot multiple times at close range on July 4 while visiting Athens to see his children and attend a family custody hearing.

Greek officials say the broad-daylight attack came one day after a custody hearing over the victim's 10-year-old twins.
