Dachan Seay, 30, was charged with shooting a Philadelphia police officer after fights erupted outside Overbrook High School.

A rookie Philadelphia police officer was shot in the abdomen while responding to a fight near Overbrook High School on Wednesday afternoon.

At some point, Commissioner Bethel says an adult armed with a weapon gets involved in the school fight, and that's when one shot is fired.
