The Riverdale actor, 28, has signed on to star as the late Hollywood legend in the upcoming biopic Jimmy, Variety reports.

A new biopic, Jimmy, starring KJ Apa, will chronicle Hollywood legend and WWII hero Jimmy Stewart's life, from his film career to his decorated service as a B-24 bomber pilot.
