Texas State is joining the Pac-12, giving the rebuilding conference the eighth football-playing school it needed to maintain its status as an FBS conference.

As it exists today, the conference is a shell of the version that originally attempted to raid the Lone Star State. And Texas State is certainly not Texas or Texas A&M or even Texas Tech. But a quest that began four commissioners ago was completed Monday when the Bobcats accepted an invitation from the rebuilt Pac-12 to join the conference next summer as the eighth all-sports member.

The Ohio State football program announced a trio of players who will accompany head coach Ryan Day at Big Ten media days in Las Vegas this year.

The Big Ten Conference announced which players will be attending Big Ten Football Media Days at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas July 22-24, and three Michigan players will be in attendance. Fullback Max Bredeson,

The Northwestern Wildcats will begin what they hope will be an improved season in 2025 at Big Ten Media Days. The three-day event is scheduled to take place from July 22-25 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
