Drake is suing his record label for spreading a “false and malicious narrative” when it released and promoted Kendrick Lamar’s diss track “Not Like Us.”

Although it's been the most popular track of the last year, there have been questions if Lamar will perform it at the big game.

One day after dropping his pre-action petition against Universal Music Group, Drake has officially sued the label over Kendrick Lamar diss record, “Not Like Us.”
