The Jacksonville Jaguars looked to be on an upward trajectory just two years ago when they won the AFC South and picked up a playoff win before losing in the Divisional Round. Since then, however, things have completely fallen apart.

Will he stay or will he go? Flores potentially getting a head-coaching job could change the trajectory of Minnesota's future on defense.

The Jets are winding down their second full week of interviewing candidates for their vacancy. Flores is the 13th known person to interview. They also are expected to meet with their former quarterback and Vikings quarterbacks coach Josh McCown and Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley on Friday.
