The fatal accident happened Friday night on U.S. 24 in Northwest Ohio, leaving two others injured, including a 14-year-old boy.

Michiel Robinson, 42, "pushed the [pistol] into the victim's chin and pulled the trigger" during the altercation on Jan. 17 off West Alexis Road, but it didn't discharge a cartridge, according to court documents. He then cocked the gun and fired another shot "after knocking her to the ground."
