A 34-year-old Australian woman has set a new Guinness World Record for the number of strict pull-ups in 24 hours by woman. From 29-30 March 2025, Olivia Vinson from Tasmania completed a staggering 7,079 pull-ups, nearly twice the previous record of 4,081 set by Poland's Paula Gorlo in 2021.
