Ben Rolfe from Pro Football Network recently predicted that the Titans would go this route and sign Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson during free agency. There is no guarantee that Wilson will be available because Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin still has to decide between paying him or Justin Fields.
