Two people were killed when their car crashed in West Sacramento, police officials said Sunday. The wreck occurred around 7:18 a.m. at 15th Street and Jefferson Boulevard. Authorities closed the roadway for several hours as emergency personnel and investigators worked the scene, according to a post by the West Sacramento Police Department.
