In a recent episode of "The Skip Bayless Show," the 73-year-old sports broadcaster shared his brutally honest thoughts on the NFL's decision to overlook Lil Wayne. Bayless even floated a conspiracy involving rap icon Jay-Z, who "runs the entertainment department of the NFL."
