McClain and his "ComEd Four" codefendants were convicted last year of charges of conspiracy, bribery and falsifying documents.

As ComEd's top contract lobbyist, McClain pushed for the company to give jobs and contracts to Madigan allies, which the feds say greased the wheels for major legislation the company was pushing in Springfield.
