According to Variety, on Tuesday (March 11), during a press conference outside of the Apollo Theatre, Clinton announced the suit, which comes amid his fight to gain ownership of the copyrights to his biggest hits.
George Clinton has filed a $100 million lawsuit against his former business partner Armen Boladian and his Bridgeport Music company.
Clinton and suit defendant Armen Boladian had been business partners off and on until severing all ties in 1991.
