Ed Sheeran has been announced as a surprise performer at Radio 1's Big Weekend. The Shape of You star will be playing on the New Music Stage on Saturday afternoon. After rumours of a "big name" guest circulated around Sefton Park in Liverpool, Radio 1 posted on their Instagram that it was "the one and only" Ed Sheeran.
