The man accused of ramming his car into a crowd outside an East Hollywood night club is scheduled to be in court for the first time on Wednesday.

The driver of the vehicle that drove into a crowd of people outside an LA nightclub has been charged. Fernando Ramirez had been kicked out of The Vermont Hollywood nightclub in the early hours of Saturday for causing a disturbance and then returned moments later and is accused of deliberately driving into a line of people outside.

At least seven people were in critical condition and six others were seriously injured in the incident, which occurred outside a club on Santa Monica Boulevard.
