The Jets and Giants got together Tuesday in Florham Park for the first of back-to-back joint practices. A year ago, the Jets clearly got the best of the Giants, with Sauce Gardner memorably waving goodbye to the Giants at the end of the single joint practice between the teams.

Justin Fields started fast but then he and the rest of the starting unit hit a lull. The Jets’ offensive line had difficulty keeping the Giants’ front from pressuring and getting to Fields. He was unofficially sacked four times.
