Police arrested the suspect, 22-year-old Encino resident Raymond Boodarian, on Tuesday (July 15), without incident. He is charged with two counts of murder with enhancements for allegedly killing the couple during the commission of a robbery, intentionally using a firearm, and committing multiple murders, as well as a burglary charge.

In December, a judge dismissed the cases against 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian after a mental health evaluation was completed, and the court records indicated he was placed in a conservatorship, which puts another adult in charge of major decisions in a person's life if they've been diagnosed with a severe mental disorder.

Police found the bodies after responding for a welfare check in the 4700 block of White Oak Place Monday afternoon.
