The Cincinnati Bengals and local officials have reached a tentative deal to make $470 million in renovations to Paycor Stadium and keep the team there for at least the next 11 years.

The Cincinnati Bengals are staying home. Hamilton County and the team reached a new lease deal on Thursday, June 26, that will keep the Bengals at Paycor Stadium through at least June 2036, with the chance to extend the agreement through June 2046.

The Cincinnati Bengals ’ new lease agreement with Hamilton County seemed to come together quickly and, by most accounts, is pretty fair. The deal, which runs through at least 2036, features some headline items like $470 million in renovation budget for Paycor Stadium, featuring a $350 million-$120 million split for county and team, respectively.
