Based on Homer's legendary epic, one of the oldest surviving stories in literature, Nolan's The Odyssey tells the story of Odysseus, the king of Ithaca, as he fights to return home after the Trojan War.

The film is slated to hit theaters on July 17, 2026. It will star Matt Damon as Odysseus, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong'o, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron, Jon Bernthal and more.
