Ottawa Township is located in LaSalle County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 11,766 and it contained 5,601 housing units. According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 16.12 square miles, of which 15.2 square miles is land and 0.93 square miles is water.
